Overview
'Tags' is an umbrella term that covers both Client Tags and Visit Tags. All tags can be 'highlighted' with an emoji icon, and label certain appointments or clients. Tags can also be applied as a filter in orders and certain reports.
- Client Tags - Added in the Client Profile, attached to individual people
- Visit Tags - Added to appointments and orders, attached to individual visits
Example Tags
First-Time Tag Creation
Before they can be used, Tags must be created at the business level.
- Head to Business Settings (gear icon) > Tags > Create Tag
- In the Create Tag window, name the Tag, select a corresponding emoji, then click Create Tag
- Repeat for all additional desired tags
Adding a Client Tag
- Navigate to the person's Client Profile
- In the Overview tab under Tags, click ADD TAGS
- Select the desired Tag(s) from the list then click away
- Click Save Changes to save the Tag(s) onto the client
Adding a Visit Tag Prior to Checkout
- Single-click an appointment to add Visit Tags in the preview window OR
- Navigate to the Edit Appointment window
- Under Visit Tags, click ADD TAGS
- Select the desired Tag(s) from the list then click away
- Click Update Appointment to save the Tag(s) onto the appointment
Adding a Visit Tag At Checkout
- Navigate to the Checkout window
- Under Visit Tags, click ADD TAGS
- Select the desired Tag(s) from the list then click away from the window
- Click Done to save the Tag(s) onto the order
Adding a Visit Tag After Checkout
- Navigate to the Order
- Under Visit Tags, click ADD TAGS
- Select the desired Tag(s) from the list then click away
- The Tag will be automatically applied
Using Tags
From the Tags tab in the main Business Settings, click View under the Clients section or Sales section in the tag row that you'd like to see. Depending on which you click, the results will show you all Clients or all Sales that have been tagged with the corresponding Tag.

The Tag Summary Report shows all tagged appointments and retail-only orders ('Products') during a specified date-range.
