Boulevard offers a premium add-on Messages feature that allows businesses to manage conversations with clients all in one place. SMS text messages will be sent from the incoming number that appears under Booking Line in the Location Features section. Within every Client Profile is a Messages tab which shows open and closed conversations with that client.
Using the Messages Tab
At the location level, click the Messages tab at the top of the screen. At the top left is the option to toggle between open and closed conversations. IMPORTANT: All completed conversations should be manually marked as closed by selecting the check box at the top right of the conversation.
Using Messages within Client Profiles
Once in the Client Profile, click the Messages tab. The chat dialogue with that individual client will appear in a similar layout as the general Messages feature.
