Staff Profiles house information for every person who works at a specific business. Navigate to the Staff Profile to manage individual contact information, online booking availability, role assignment, service customization, communication preferences, commission rates (if applicable), and more. Staff Profiles can be found under the location Manage > Staff.
Using Staff Profiles
After selecting the individual staff member, you will see different the following tabs:
- Contact Info
- Staff Role
- Enable/Disable online booking
- Assign and customize services
- Set notification preferences
- Compensation (if applicable)
- Set service and product commission rates
Toggle through each tab to update or add information as needed. Remember to click Save Changes after every change.
