Spring has sprung, and with it have come several stellar updates to the Boulevard platform.

Last month marked the highly anticipated launch of Boulevard Marketing Suite, in addition to new integration capabilities and improvements to confirmation emails. Marketing Suite

Email marketing is a vital tool for your business’ success in today’s digital age. Boulevard Marketing Suite streamlines and de-mystifies email marketing with a robust set of campaign tools built to help you drive bookings, engagement, and revenue with the flip of a switch. We do the heavy lifting – so that you can spend less time behind a screen and more time with your clients.

🚀 Use One-Time Blasts to craft custom emails with a personal touch

It’s the perfect way to send newsletters, promotions, and announcements. Use our intuitive template editor to create and save personalized, on-brand emails. Choose your target audience from your existing client data. Hit send and track your performance – all right inside your Boulevard dashboard.

One-Time Blasts are available for Essentials, Premier, and Enterprise Plans. Your first 500 emails per month per location are on us. After that, it's $0.01 per email sent.

📈 Boost revenue with intelligent, hyper-targeted Automated Campaigns

Set it and forget it. Send the right message to the right client at the perfect time to help drive higher retention, bookings, and revenue. Simply choose your campaign goal, customize the look and feel to reflect the unique energy of your brand, and let our intelligent algorithms do the rest.

Connect More Apps to Boulevard

Premier and Enterprise Admins now have the ability to turn on more apps in Boulevard under the Manage Business settings.

Boulevard offers several helpful integrations directly in the platform, and we also have public APIs available for others to build integrations with Boulevard. If another software company built an integration with Boulevard, or if you have developers build a custom app for your business, you no longer need the Boulevard team to install or uninstall the app for you. It's now easier than ever to take advantage of Boulevard’s openness and flexibility.

Improved email confirmation flow

We heard your feedback. When you update an appointment, you will only be prompted to re-send a confirmation email for critical client-facing changes.

When a change to an appointment does not impact any of the appointment details that were already communicated to your client, you will no longer be prompted to resend a confirmation email. This includes adding, editing, or removing internal appointment notes, tags, or appointment resources. You can still send an updated email confirmation from the menu dropdown when needed using the three vertical dots found in the bottom right-hand corner of the edit appointment window.
