Reward and retain clients with Offers

Everyone appreciates a special perk - especially when it gives clients a reason to come back for more. Boulevard’s Offers feature lets you show your clients some love by creating customizable offer codes that can be used for a future appointment. Whether you’re creating codes for a holiday, to push a product, or to thank new clients, offers are a great way to increase sales while making your clients feel special.

  • Customize your offers for a specific product, service, gift cards, or audience to increase demand

  • Send special offers to clients you haven't seen in a while using Boulevard's Mailchimp integration

New membership enhancements accommodate all your clients' needs

Remembering to reactivate a client’s membership after they’ve taken a hiatus is difficult. Before, you had to manually pause and resume a membership when the client was back. Now, you can set a future date to resume billing (or cancel if they’re gone for good) when pausing a membership.


Also, you can now see more info about a client's membership like the term start, next billing date or recurring price, directly from the checkout window.

New automatic commission calculation on vouchers

Gone are the days of manually calculating commission for membership vouchers. Previously, if a client paid for services using a membership voucher the service provider didn't receive commission on that service. Now, we're calculating commission based on the voucher value.


For example, if Dominic paid for his Straight Razor Shave with James J. using a voucher, James would receive commission based on the voucher value of $16.67. The Service Commission report will now show commission based on the voucher value.

Mistakes happen, and now you can fix them

On busy days, it’s natural for mistakes to happen. Whether you forgot to add a product or the wrong payment method is charged, you’ll want to fix it ASAP. Now you have the ability to void an order on the same business day to create a replacement order.


Navigate to the Sales tab and select any order that was closed within the last business day. Click the “Closed” order status and choose “Void Order”. After entering a void explanation, a replacement order will open automatically to fix the mistake.

New confirmation emails for waitlist and staff app appointments

We're making sure your clients have confirmation across the board! Clients will now receive a confirmation email when they add themselves to your waitlist through the self-booking widget. They’ll also receive an email confirmation when your team schedules an appointment from the Staff App.

Reschedule appointments with ease from client profiles

A new shortcut allows you to reschedule a client's appointment directly from their profile. Simply click the new “Reschedule” button next to an appointment to select a new time in the calendar. The client will receive a confirmation email for their newly rescheduled appointment.
