Sell online and unlock revenue with the Shopify App

Just in time for the holiday gifting season, simplify selling products online with Boulevard’s Shopify app! Sync all your products and gift cards between your Boulevard point of sale and your Shopify storefront to better manage inventory and create a seamless, consistent client experience online and in-store.

How does it work?

  • Install the Shopify app from your Boulevard dashboard.

  • Easily map your Shopify products and storefronts to your Boulevard products and locations. Have a product warehouse? We can map to that too!

  • Sell Boulevard gift cards* that can be redeemed in-store or on your Shopify storefront.

  • Sync inventory quantities and gift card balances to know where you stand at all times.

  • Keep reports aligned to avoid any confusing discrepancies.

*In order to sync gift cards with Boulevard you must have Shopify Plus!

Customize when email and SMS reminders are sent

Automated reminders are the best way to get clients in the door and prevent no-shows. Now, you can adjust how far in advance your business sends email and SMS appointment reminders.

Reminders will continue to send at 8:00 AM PST/11:00 AM EST for email and 2:00 PM PST/5:00 PM EST for SMS, but this new setting allows you to select which day to send reminders in the 5 days leading up to a scheduled appointment. Navigate to the Details section of your Manage Location settings to customize this timing.

Important note: Adjusting the timeframe will have an impact on your existing reminder schedules. Therefore, we recommend you coordinate any changes on a day you are closed or have limited appointments. For example, say my business is closed on Sundays. If I wanted to change my appointment reminder to send 3 days ahead when it currently sends 2 days ahead, I should make the adjustment on a Friday morning. This way I am certain my clients will receive reminders for their Monday appointments.

Manage recent cancellations

It’s now easier than ever to find and manage recent cancellations. Navigate to your recent cancellations list from the top right-hand button of the Front Desk or Calendar View. Now, you can search and filter cancellations by categories like date of cancellation, date of appointment, staff name, the reason for cancellation, and more.
