Managing Your Reports: Search, Organize, and Delete

Overview

As your business grows, you may accumulate hundreds or thousands of reports. This guide shows you how to search, organize, favorite, and bulk delete reports to keep your workspace manageable.

Locked reports must be unlocked before deletion.

Only admin users have the permission to delete reports.

Search reports

Use the search bar to find reports by name. Keep your report naming conventions consistent for best results.

Organize and favorite reports

Folders: Drag and drop reports into folders in the left sidebar to organize them by category or purpose.

Favorites: Click the star icon next to any report to mark it as a favorite. The star will turn yellow when selected.


Delete reports - Admin users only

Individually delete a report: Click the trash can icon next to any report to delete it.

Bulk deletion: Select multiple reports using the checkboxes on the left, then click "Delete" below the search bar.

After a report is deleted

After a report is deleted, it will be moved into the Trash folder where an admin user has up to 45 days to restore the report before itโ€™s deleted permanently.

Once the report is deleted permanently, the action cannot be reversed.

Users with view-only permissions for Reports

Users with view-only permissions will not have any way to delete reports.
